Ready Set GC was created to bridge this gap. Founded by Deborah Solmor, who experienced firsthand the transition from Deputy GC to General Counsel. Our program was built to provide a trusted space for women GCs to gain insights from experienced female leaders, build strategic skills, and learn from those who have successfully navigated the same path.
